Frames are manufactured to stringent quality standards by our equity‑invested frame manufacturing facility. JULN applies its proprietary tolerance inspection system, and every frame undergoes our in‑house quality checks upon incoming receipt.

Equipped with a high‑standard painting production line, we deliver reliable surface finishing via both powder coating and liquid painting.

Certification& testing

We maintain long‑term cooperation with TUV SUD testing laboratory. All our products destined for the EU are tested by TUV SUD.

With comprehensive testing equipment on‑site, TUV SUD verifies that frames, safety‑critical components and electrical systems fully comply with EU regulatory and market requirements. Upon successful completion of tests, certificates are issued by TUV SUD’s German headquarters to authorize CE marking on our products.
